General Information

On January 5, 2010, Mesa Air Group, Inc. and 11 subsidiary companies (collectively, the "Debtors") filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Martin Glenn. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket 10-10018 (the “Main Case Docket”). Any acquisition, disposition, or other transfer in violation of the restrictions set forth in the proposed order on or after January 5, 2010 shall be null and void ab initio as an act in violation of the automatic stay under sections 105(a) and 362 of the Bankruptcy Code.

The Motion only applies to trading by “Substantial Equity Holders” and “Substantial Claimholders” each as defined in the Order.
