GENERAL INFORMATION

On April 07, 2008, The Education Resources Institute, Inc., a.k.a. and doing business as TERI (the “Debtor”) filed a petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, Eastern Division seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor’s case has been assigned to Judge Henry Boroff. All pleadings filed in this case will be reflected on case docket 08-12540 (“Main Case Docket”).
